A Beginner-Friendly Workshop on Arm Balances & Inversions
Curious about going upside down, but not sure where to start?
Inversion Essentials: Foundations is a gentle introduction to arm balances and inversions, designed to help you build confidence step by step.
This workshop is not about forcing shapes or getting everything “right”.
It’s about learning how to understand your body, move with awareness, and explore something new in a supportive space.

Together we’ll work with the foundations of:
- Bakasana (Crow Pose)
- Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance)
- Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand)
You’ll be guided through:
- Gentle wrist and shoulder preparation
- Basic strength and core awareness
- How to shift weight into your hands safely
- Beginner-friendly drills and variations
- Using the wall for support
- Building confidence with being upside down
Who this is for?
This workshop is open to anyone who is curious about inversions.
You don’t need to have a handstand or arm balance practice —
just a willingness to explore and try something new.
