Inversion Essentials is a supportive and educational workshop designed to break down the foundations of arm balances and inversions in a clear, accessible way.
Whether you’re working on your first Crow pose or refining your forearm balance, this workshop will help you understand how inversions actually work — so you can build strength and confidence step by step.


Together we’ll work on the foundations of:
- Bakasana (Crow Pose)
- Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance)
- Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand)
You’ll learn:
- How to safely prepare your wrists and shoulders.
- How to shift weight into your hands without fear.
- Core engagement and body awareness drills.
- Beginner-friendly progressions and variations.
- How to use the wall effectively.
- How to fall safely and build confidence.
This is not about “perfect” shapes or performing advanced tricks.
It’s about understanding your body and learning to move upside down in a way that feels steady and supported.
