The Inner Trip is a 7-week online experience weaving together yoga, conscious active movement, and mindfulness.
It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and move from within.

This is more than a class series.

A space to listen inward, move with intention, and make room for what truly matters.

- A 35-minute live session where yoga, conscious strength, boxing and mindfulness meet

- Access to recordings if you can’t join live

- Weekly theme to explore through prompts and movement

- Optional community space to share reflections & stay connected

- A supportive structure designed to nourish, not overwhelm
